“They charged us for $144 for items from there min-bar. I had to move some item so that I could place insulin and other refrigerated medicines in the refrigerator. We told them when we checked out, the manager was supposed to verify this, but they still charged us. We called but eight hours later they have not returned our call. You would expect better service $29 dollars a day for the Resort Fee.”

“This wasn't the first time we stayed here, but this stay was just as wonderful as the few times prior! Staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. I work late nights and a couple times after I was finished, I went down to the lobby to get some coffee and enjoyed having a conversation or two with Stevie, the gentleman who works the front desk. The free breakfast was absolutely delicious! Quite unique to this property, they also have an evening cocktail and supper hour for all the guests to enjoy……

“Breakfast is minimal. But since I don’t eat breakfast, that’s good. Coffee was awesome. The room was great. I will definitely be looking at more Sparks by Hilton when I travel to stay in and I would definitely stay at this one again.”
