“Very clean rooms and the breakfast staff were so friendly”

“The hotel was fine, but for how expensive it was it just wasn’t worth it. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up, we were in a connecting room which had very thin walls and our neighbours had a dog which barked at all hours they weren’t there. Why you are putting a dog next to a connecting room I don’t know, and we requested a queen bed (we sleep on one at home) and it was SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. I’m not sure if there are different sizes of queens but it felt like a double and me and my partner……

“The hotel is just dirty all our tawel were stained with brown stuff on it. The AC does not work, so it is horrible to sleep in, and the restaurant is not better the food is mediocre and we got a free breakfast because of all our issues but free breackfast can only be chose from 3 things that does not look apetizing. In all this stay was horible we have been lied to by expedia because the picture does not look at all like the hotel, we have been over charge by the hotel as they did not recognize……
