“Bajó el nivel de servicio, las almohadas estaban sucias, manchadas y olían mal, como si tuvieran meses sin lavarlas. Las sabanas y sobrecama manchados y sucios también. La cebolleta de la regadera completamente rota, saltaba agua para todos lados. El lavavo tapado (lo reporté a recepción pero nunca hicieron nada). Detalles importantísimos y básicos como la higiene no se pueden pasar por alto. Tristemente me perdieron como cliente. :(”

“The property was very clean, and the staff is great. Air conditioning was not very cold. If you are not physically capable, I would not recommend this hotel because it is a challenge to walk to the hotel and most importantly your room. But do not let this sway you from the AMAZING view you get of the city! This hotel was beautiful and peaceful. It’s so nice having very few visitors at a time. I loved our stay here, and will definitely come again.”
