“I live nearby and rented this lovely place for visiting family in town for ASU graduation. It was fantastic and the host responded very quickly when I had questions.”

“A perfect little nest egg for our 3 night Tempe stay. Close to the ASU campus and literally minutes from the sites around Phoenix and Scottsdale where we did most of our exploring. Very clean home. Nice neighborhood. We wanted to Grill one night but noted that the gauge to turn on the gas leaked as soon as it was turned. The owner should look into that. They might also want to look into a new mattress for the double bed in the 2nd bedroom, it's getting a bit soft in the middle drawing two...

“Stayed for 5 days (weekdays), very quiet, clean stay. The pool was very nice and well kept. the neighborhood was very friendly and close to several restaurants and shops. The only things I'd change would be to clean up the poolside area a little (weeds, grass) and tidy up the garage. Overall would stay here again.”

“We stayed for my student's ASU graduation and it was perfect! Pool is well kept, game room was so fun! Lots of space for sitting and lounging. Excellent property!”

“Our stay was amazing! The house perfectly accomodated our large family, with 6 beds, though the mattresses are a little more firm than we like. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio, as the sun crept up each morning.The best part for us was the location for the price! It's a quiet neighborhood, but only 3-5 minutes from the grocery or local dining, and only two stop lights away from the main highway taking you to other areas of Phoenix.We were here for the ASU graduation, but if we ever visit...

“The inside of the house was newly redone. Its beautiful beds are comfortable pillows. The pool was warm with nice back yard. ”

“We came to town to visit family, we thought it would be easier to rent a place with a big kitchen and a pool then try to squeeze into my aunt and uncle’s home. This place was perfect. "El hotel me gusto mucho. Cuarto amplio, limpio. La verdad lo recomendo al 100%. El desayuno super rico de todo tienen y suficiente para todos los huéspedes. Entras al lobby y huele super rico igual donde sirven el desayuno. Lo unico que pediria es que ese mismo olor rico del lobby lo tuvieran lls cuartos seria algo que haria la diferencia en todo. Ojala los lleguen a poner "
