"The floors were so greasy and dirty when you laid a white towel on the floor it was gross . There was no soap in the soap dispensers or the ones in the shower. Overall great place to lay your head was super comfortable but needed better cleaning. "

"The hotel overall is spectacular especially with the newly updated rooms. Most staff were good, but one front desk staff was not friendly at all. We also ordered mimosas with our free drink tickets and we’re told they’d be sent to my suite and they never came. Other than that, amazing suite and hotel. "
