Clean, appreciate the amenities-hot tub, pool, gym and breakfast. Doing renovations to the front of the building..but easy parking and access to the lobby. Should have stayed here the whole time I was in town and paid the extra for a much nicer hotel than what I chose. Lesson learned. There are a few quirks, sink has a drain you can stop up and did the accidentally and was difficult to pull up without having a tool to lift it and bed could be more comfortable. But beyond that, a good hotel."
