It seems to be newly remodeled. Clean, comfortable beds and towels. Floors were clean and no bugs. Our only complaint is that the pillows are extremely small. We stayed one night passing through waco. The value of the stay was great. Breakfast was a basic hotel/motel breakfast. We caught it at the end so there wasnt hot food left so we cant comment on that. Clean breakfast area though and good coffee.
