“All 6 families (from 5 different cities) agreed this place was a perfect place to celebrate our family birthdays. We took advantage of the location and spent time at James Ranch and Durango Hot Springs and Spa. Both were ideal for our group with adults and toddlers. There was more than enough room to spread out for our 10 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. “Lovely home. My dog enjoyed the backyard immensely. The location was primo for my day trips to the Four Corners and Mesa Verde. Also a great launch up to Durango and Silverton. I was extremely happy with how quiet the master was. The antiques were cute and the transom windows were pretty. Would definitely stay again or recommend.”
