“There is no tv available at this hotel. The staff acts like it is the fault of the provider, but not surprisingly, no one ever came to work on the service. It would be better if they did not lie about the available amenities.”

“The General Palmer Hotel is a special historic hotel. Beautiful and comfortable in all areas. A few things that would make this hotel excellent would be in-room coffee, complimentary water bottles in room, and more or brighter lighting in the rooms. There was not a smart tv in the room but for us it was a minor issue. Beds were very comfortable and the decor matched the feel of the historic hotel. ”

“great location. I like to pull right up to my room for easy car unpacking. nice room, comfy bed. I didn't spend much time in my room because Durango has so much to offer but motel was a great place to lay my head at night. good bbq within a 2 minute walk as a bonus!”
