"We loved this boutique hotel. They have nicely updated this historic 1927 property. We strongly recommend a two room suite, the extra space and comfort of chairs and a sofa are nice additions."

"This room was very clean and had all the basic amenities we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rules and regulations were clearly stated. The location was perfect for accessing the activities we had planned. "
"The staff was fantastic!
The rooms were a bit dusty/dirty and very old looking. Looked to be some mildew in the bathtub and no lights in the bathroom.
Parking was a bit of a struggle. Very tight spaces."
"Hotel was what I expected. Nothing fancy just the basics. Apparently there are some people living here that sat outside door with his dog. Another just hung out outside his door. Thought that was sketchy and needs to be cleaned up. Swimming pool area is apparently a storage area with no swimming possible "
Holiday Inn Express Durango Downtown-Animas River by IHG
10/10 Excellent
"I enjoyed the central location of the property. It was so close to many of the things i did on my trip. The breakfast in the mornings were very good and a nice start to my days. The room was very clean and i loved the water pressure in the shower. Overall this was a very enjoyable place to stay and it made my trip to Durango, CO that much better."
"The keyless access is so easy and convenient. The owner/management has thought of everything, except the sheets and pillows. The pristine condition of the accommodation lead me to expect cotton sheets and down pillows. Otherwise, everything was great. "

"James checked me in and put a smile on my face just by being friendly. The room is great and parking is convenient. The AC works, it just needed an hour to get cranking. There's a cool stream nearby. The area is walkable; James recommended Fridas, an excellent Mexican restaurant about 3-4 blocks up the road. Great margaritas and tacos and excellent salsa, an easy walk. The trolley that moves people around town has a stop right here. The wifi is a little slow - but you're in Durango, go outside!"
Private Home with Garden Patio near downtown Durango
10/10 Excellent
"This 3 bedroom apt is under the main house. It has lots of space in the garden room and living room and a pretty patio with a table where we enjoyed dinners outside. However, just know that you will hear footsteps from upstairs and sometimes the TV. "
Garden Home Downtown: Splendid 3 Bedroom House in Historic Neighborhood

"This place was GORGEOUS!! It felt like a garden dream house. The space created such warmth, comfort and respite for our family. We slept with the windows open. The weather was perfect. Amazing grill and kitchen for cooking as a family. Holly was so responsive and helpful. Thank you for the incredible memories!!"
"We stayed here to be close to all the Durango Town location activities and it was PERFECT! Within a 10min walk along the river, we were close to all the main street shops and restaurants. There is a walk bridge to cross over the river, making it was close to trails and other river, train or bike activities. We loved this house to stay at, especially for the little details. Rooms were clean with blackout blinds and desk fans. There was AC which worked great for the summer heat. Kitchen was loaded with the basics for cooking. Coffee, soaps and basic cooking needs. It was a clean and great place to stay central in town. We hope to stay here next summer too!"
New Pet Friendly Award Winning Condo - 10 Minute walk to downtown Durango
10/10 Excellent
"We spent a week here with our two adult sons to visit our daughter who lives close. The place is modern and clean with everything you need for cooking (even grilling outside). Parking is easy. The location is wonderful ... a 3-minute walk to the trail along the river and to the trolley stop on Main Ave to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in Durango (Fridas is close by.) We went to Mesa Verde and Ouray during our stay ... worth the trip! And yes, the host is responsive ... we had a few questions."
Luxury Riverfront Townhome Downtown, Roof Top Deck
10/10 Excellent
"This is our new favorite place to stay when we come to Durango. Great location - close to town but without the noise/crowds and right on the Durango-Silverton railway. It only runs a few times a day but it’s so fun to watch it ramble by. The accommodations are wonderful - it was great having the fire place for the first couple of days there were rainy & chilly. And the rooftop deck was just perfect for our last few warm, sunny days. We’ll definitely book this townhome again."
