“From the amazing staff to the incredible amenities, this place is a find in Durango. I would recommend this place if you like a nicely updated space and the ability to come and go without navigating a busy hotel lobby. It was quiet and felt safe. The lobby has a full coffee bar and some breakfast foods for purchase. The coffee was amazing! The selection of walkable restaurants were great. Thank you Boundry Hotel for an excellent experience while we stayed in Durango. Until next time.”

“I like the unique aesthetic of the motel very pretty. Staff were very friendly and it was nice parking was literally next to where the room was . Checking out wasn’t a big deal very simple. Definitely would book at this motel again.”

“Location is perfect, lots of free parking and walkable to downtown. The bed was incredibly comfortable and so were the pillows. Great hotel!”

“We stayed in room 206. You could put a can by the ac unit, and it would roll all the way across the room to the door. Other than thinking I had vertigo, it was an awesome experience.”

“Literally the best place to stay in all of Durango even for short stays. I always come here and had to go to a different hotel one time and immediately regretted not staying at The Leland House. It’s central to everything fun in downtown and so nice you might not want to even leave your room.”

“Location is close to downtown Durango. Room was clean except for one small picture shelf which needed dusting, otherwise very clean. Staff is friendly, even copied something for me and put out a piece of mail that needed to be sent. Breakfast had a good variety, no need to go to a restaurant unless you have special dietary needs. I was able to park close to my room. All in all I would stay there again.”

“Very unique and beautiful architecture. Downside was dirty sheets with stain. Ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag. Other than that it was good.”

“Room was moved twice due to infestation of box beetles. The staff suggested using their hand held vacuum. I had an additional room for my son still had the infestation. Literally killed 30 bugs the first night. The hotel should have been closed. Not kewl. Not free and no discussion of full or partial refund.”

“BEDBUGS BEDBUGS BEDBUGS Room 118 bed by the window has BEDBUGS!! Over 20 bites!! Trip Advisory will have photos!! Hand swollen so bad that it was hard to ride the motorcycle after!! Face has the breakfast, lunch and dinner bites!! Leg is the worst with 11 bites in one spot!! Bites on the back too! Bedbugs lay eggs after they have feasted on humans, so there are hundreds or maybe thousands of eggs being laid right now in that room!! Floor was dirty, feet were dirty after walking on the floor.……
