“Was very disappointed with our stay, the beach was unusable because of the seaweed. The seaweed was about 3 feet deep. They advertised 5 restaurants there were two, a Buffett and a tiki bar that served bar food. You could not do any of the water sport amenities because you couldn’t use the beach. Very disappointing trip.”

“We had wonderful time at Reef Shores and the condo is very nice in a beautiful setting. The golf course setting makes for really pretty and very quiet surroundings. The common area pool is fine looking though we did not use it. The exterior and infrastructure features of condo and community are needing some care if one is looking for 5 star accommodations in every way. There was glitch getting past entry gate as no one was at office or gate at 4:00 on a Friday, but that’s par for island life I……

“This was the most incredibly beautiful place we have ever stayed! We spent a week renting both properties at Whispering Palms with a large group of 11 family members and it never felt crowded. The house is amazing-the kitchen has everything you could possibly need; the pools are perfect for spending the day around and the view is second to none. We had a rough travel day dealing with cancellations so we arrived later than expected so having to have instructions told to us rather than written out to read at our leisure was the reason for the 4 on check in. ”

“The unit was clean and ready to go, once we found it. We arrived after dark and could not find it but Silver, the host, met us at the entry of this gated community and escorted us up. We own a place on St Croix but it was rented to others so we needed a place to stay for a week. This unit is convenient to the east end restaurants and there are 3 beaches within a 5 minute drive. The unit is huge and could use some more furnishing but the basics were there. We only did breakfast at the unit……

“Do Not be fooled by this listing. The pool is NOT A PRIVATE POOL. It is shared and you have to ASK FOR PERMISSION to use it. When I found this out, I asked for a refund and was denied. “Too much money for what you get. Only two very small forks. Bed sheets are old and stretched out and don’t stay on the mattress. Only blanket had not been washed for some time and was pretty gross.only way to turn off fan was to turn off power to half of the apartment.”
