"Possibly the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I didn’t receive the check in instructions, so on arriving had to spend around an hour trying to figure things out. There are no staff at the property and the phone number on their website is incorrect. Room had no bin, no mirror or tea & coffee facilities. This is a basic. "The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. "Excellent location by Hollyrood Palace. Well equipped kitchen. Larger bathroom than most of our lodgings. Although space was limited for 3 people, it worked. Two of us used a large bathtub in a room adjacent to the bathroom to organize luggage. Excellent king bed."
