“We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very close to the ski slopes. Only saw one staff member in the morning for a short few minutes, but they seemed pretty nice. Doesn’t seem like there’s anyone really staffing the Front Desk. Knocked down a star on Clemments because it didn’t seem the sheets on the bed were changed before our arrival and unfortunately, we didn’t notice until it was late at night when we were going to sleep but found a long dark hairs belonging to someone else on the pillows.……

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“The unit needs an upgrade, shower was hard to maintain a water temperature. Kitchen had old pots to cook had to ask for a frying pan. Elevators were slow and this was end of the ski season. No AC so it was hot in the unit. Had to return home the next day due to a family emergency and hotel manager refused to provide any type of refund. Don’t recommend staying here.”

“Great location comfortable only negative no air conditioning a fan helped a lot and second the upstairs bedroom area had a spiral staircase hard for 2 70 y/o to use. We will return to this hotel ”

“The Village is in a great location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Major problem is that you advertise free parking and they do not comply with that. You need to fix that and I also blame The Village management as they should have honored what you advertised seeing the are affiliated with you. The staff where not helpful. ”

“The space was wonderful, and the price (for the off-season) was exactly what I expected and appreciated. The accommodations were great (kitchenette, towels, water pressure, living spaces, balcony, views); however, access from the West building and the Main Lobby made it difficult to navigate the buildings at times.”
