Elevators didn’t work nearly half the time. Stairs didn’t reach all the way down to floor one so we couldn’t take the stairs either. Trapped at 11pm with no way to get to the room after a long day out with two kids was unacceptable. Asked several times for clean towels. Answer always was “we’ll call you when they’re ready.” They never ever called. We survived a whole week with 4 towels. Hotel stinks of people smoking weed. Pool area only had towels one time (tried to get towels from pool area because lobby didn’t have any). Pool was poorly maintained and dirty. Room was either freezing or hot. Staff was not professional while handling customers. They’d interact with each other inappropriately in front of a customer. The room service didn’t hesitate to use offensive language over the radio which was in ear shot of customers. Overall a 2/10- one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
