“The pool hasn’t been in operation for years. I stayed in room 221. There was NO hot water in the shower. Nothing like an ice cold shower in the morning!…”

“I’m not even sure how to explain the smell in my room. It was something like urine and stale smoke. I stayed in the room for about 15min and then just left, checked into the holiday inn express. I get it $45, but wow!”

I was never informed that it was closed, was not offered any discount for my inconvenience. Hotel has paper thin walls, can hear everything around you. The back door is never locked and is a smoking area… would not recommend or return.”

“Everything was perfect. This is a brand new hotel. Hotel is clean, breakfast is standard but good. Staff is really kind and helpful.”

“Overalll very good. The exception was the pool... the ventilation fan was so loud we had to figure out how to turn ot off or rish hearing loss. The pool water was too cold, and the whirlpool was hot, but not really hot enough either. The breakfast was really good. The staff super helpful . We would definitely stay here again...”

“The hotel cancelled my reservation as I was sitting in my truck in their parking lot, 38 minutes before check-in at 2pm. I will copy paste the message below. Also I have called expedite no less than five times trying to get my money refunded. And I am still trying. So DO NOT go to this hotel. “Very comfortable and nice breakfast selection. My only complaint would be the pool has some lights out (in the pool) which makes it appear to be dirty, but it’s not.”
