“My wife and I just spent 2 nights at this property and paid $1300 for a superior large suite with fireplace. The room was lovely with a beautiful outlook to the woods. It was clean, fresh and well appointed, but was let down by the bathroom. It was large and clean but lacked a bath, and the shower had a curtain rather than a modern glass door (it may have been an accessible bathroom, but wasn't marked as such). Not a big deal, just surprising for such an otherwise luxurious room. The area is……

“The staff person was clearly having a difficult time being kind or caring, at all. Very dismissive. Set a very bad tone for the visit. The room had a loud a/c unit and there were minimal towels. It was just a stay, it wasn’t a stay at a Hampton.”

“This place needs a complete renovation. Everything, and I mean everything, is old. The outdoor pool is cemented shut even though it's advertised as having an outdoor pool. The carpets are torn and smelly. The toilet was so low to the ground that I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The coffee maker and juice dispenser in the kitchen were broken. There was a minimal amount of breakfast food to choose from. We were extremely dissatisfied and will never stay there again.”

“Beautiful Hotel and Casino but Happy Hour never happed. The bartenders at the 360 Bar were nonexistent. Asked at the other Bars and they said we cannot Honor that. We were disappointed.”
