“When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision.”

“We come to town for concerts at the Arcada and always stay here. This time, we traveled with our dog, and they were very accommodating. We requested a first-floor room so we could easily go in and out with our dog and they made that happen. It's in a nice area with a variety of restaurants nearby and a quick drive or Uber ride to downtown.”
