“When I arrived at the hotel to check in l, the staff informed me I had booked for the incorrect day. While I was standing at the front desk I told the person I would cancel that reservation and immediately rebooked to stay that evening. I was told to contact Expedia regarding a refund. I did contact Expedia, who contacted the hotel and they refused to refund me for the cancellation, even though I rebooked that same night. I’m extremely disappointed in the hotel management for their decision.”
