“The rooms are not soundproofed. Arrived to my room to disturbing noises from another room. The outlet that was needed in front of the sink didn’t work.”

“Staff was attentive and there's plenty of parking, but the hotel really needs more of a face-lift than paint. Both rooms I was in smelled like ancient cigarette smoke from time gone by, my first room had a bathroom door that was warped, and my second had a small hole in the tub. A lot of the fixtures were also stained or had paint/smudges on them. Overall it wasn't a bad stay but I wish I'd spent a little more money for something more upscale.”

“I am writing regarding a recent hotel booking made through Expedia​. When I arrived at the hotel after taking an expensive Uber ride, the front desk informed me that no rooms were available and refused to honor the reservation. As a result, I was forced to find alternative accommodations. Given this situation, I request a full refund for the booking and ask that I am not charged any cancellation fees. Additionally, I request reimbursement for the extra transport costs incurred due to this……
