Stay was great with the exception of thin walls. Could hear people in next room and people walking above us. Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Location was great.

We were on 2nd floor. During our stay, the people upstairs walked around in room from 3am to 5am. At first night, I thought it might be people arriving late. While on second night, I realized it was wrong. We do understand Hotel cannot choose who will stay in. However we think it must be some problems from the building itself.

Hotel was okay, but the beds were not comfortable. Sadly if you cant get comfortable to sleep it kind of spoils the stay. When we enrered our room there was some trash in the trash can already and our toilet was plugged. We got in late and were tired so went to bed right away and didnt notice the plugged toilet until in middle of the night, and didnt want to bother anyone at like 2am so we just used the toilet and couldnt flush... The breakfast was okay but they did not have any milk available for the kids cereal... again this was shocking since why would you have cereal available and no milk? We will not be staying at this hotel again due to all of the mishaps. Plus everyone not being able to sleep well due to the beds made a very long day of everyone being crabby and spoiled our trip

The cough had a big hole on the arm of it. Not sure if from a animal chewing on it or a burn. . The entry door, - the door plate for the lock was loose,screw broke off or missing.

The hotel had renovations going on. Not a huge deal but would have liked to know before walking in to the place. The workers were also talking outside our door early one morning, waking us up. The renovations caused lots of dust IN THE DINING AREA! Gross and unsanitary. Just sitting on the chair for breakfast my pants were covered in a layer of dust. The breakfast did not reflect the pictures on the hotel website which was a disappointment as the waffle maker in the picture is one of the reasons i picked this property. The eggs kinda sucked. The gym was outdated as well. The key card took 5 times to work every time for our room (not for the gym or entry to the building). Some of the outlets in the room didn't work. The tv only worked half the time as well. The in-room jacuzzi was nicer than expected and the shower and bathroom was nice as well. Pillows were comfy but oddly small. Overall it was not worth the price whatsoever.
