“The overall place was nice looking and clean. Staff were just ok. BUT the bed was as hard as sleeping on the pavement! It was awful! I will never stay there again. My husband and I got very little sleep and got up with the worst backache we have ever had. Also, the sheets and blankets were awful not what we are accustomed to. And for $360 a night I definitely expect more!”

“No hot water, unable to use the jacuzzi tub in our room or take a shower.”

“I loved that the moment I walked in the staff was friendly and welcoming. This continued throughout my stay. It was beautiful. I thing - my Non smoking Room smelled like someone had smoked in there. The odor lingered but was not overwhelming for me to make it an issue.”

“This place was really nice, well maintained and the staff excellent. The only criticism is bed seemed small for a queen size. We were a little cramped and would get a king next time.”

“Overall ok. We stayed for 2 nights. We didn't get house cleaning even after asking. Had to ask for clean towels the second day and got a bit of an attitude for asling. Garbage cans had no garbage bags. We have little ones and had no place to dispose of garbage. Continental breakfast was lacking. Will not stay there again.”

“The decor is mid 80's. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The outdoor furniture could have been more comfortable- we did not sit out on the deck for this reason. Breakfast options were sugary, but we enjoyed coming home to cookies in the lobby. Pleasant ride to Narragansett.”

“A room for 5 adults had 2 queens and a cot ! The cot mattress was trash !! Had to ask for something firm , it helped but wasn’t great. Fan in bathroom rattled very loud! Cleaning ladies were very nice and accommodating , as well as the Italian lady running the continental breakfast. FYI The beach is not in walking distance , need to drive but they give you a parking pass.”
