“This is a lovely apartment in downtown Ephrata. The space is excellent in size for two and the apartment cozy. Ephrata is a quiet town but it’s nice to be right downtown and able to walk to anything. Also a short drive to points of interest in Lancaster. Would recommend.”

“This provided the coziest stay for us! Everything was clean, the hostess was quick to respond to messages, the dogs were friendly, and the sunrise truly was gorgeous and worth waking up for!! We would absolutely stay again if we came back to the area!”

“The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots, and pans. The dog room set up with various cage sizes was great for our dogs. They especially enjoyed the fenced in backyard. We had a great time! ”

“Good AC/HEAT, decent space for five to six people, nice for your $, if there was one downside it would be that there were a few stains on the futon. They supplied dishes, plates, cutlery, etc. Overall a good stay, and we’d bring a sheet to put over the futon to sleep on it. ”

“Admitfully at first …. a little skeptical of all the wonderful reviews. Come to find though that Annette’s place exceeded all the hype. Simply Adorable This was a very last minute reservation and she worked with it every step of the way to have it happen. With barely any notice she still had a sweet basket awaiting as a welcoming gift. That did not come as a shock though because that is how the entire place is. At every turn there is a surprising little something extra to make you smile.……
