“Clean room, good breakfast.”

“I liked the cont. breakfast. The bed was a little bit too firm, the tv remote was a little bit hard to operate. I tried to request a main floor room when I booked on line but was unable to do so, had to pay an extra $26 per night to get a lower le3vel room. the first night it sounded like an elephant was stomping around in the room above me, it went on from 7:30 until 10:10.”

“I booked a smoking room. When arriving there was no smoking room available only. 2 queen sized beds were full sized beds. There was no refrigerator no microwave wifi was at one single bar the entire time. When it was time for more towels no staff could be found. For 35 min we looked before giving up entirely. I loved their shower. And it was clean.”

“My family had an awesome stay. We loved the pool and the lawn games. It was an extremely hot weekend but our room stayed nice and cool. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We were there Thursday-saturday so we were also able to enjoy the on-site restaurant and bar with live music! A few things to note that might not work for everyone is that the pool hours are only 9am-830pm and breakfast is either waffles or a few muffin/bread options. “It is a very family friendly complex. Staff was very helpful! The room had wrappers left from previous guests and a can was left on the balcony along with grass clippings. Bed quilt had a stain on it which staff immediately replaced.”

“Ac unit was not working and when the unit would start its cool cycle it sounded like a semi jake brake. Was told the rooms were all full so couldn’t switch to a different room. 80 degrees and humid all night no sleep.”

“I called to let them know I would be coming in at 9pm and was told that was fine. When I arrived, there was no staff at the desk so I waited. After 15 minutes I called their number. The person on the other line said give them one minute. It took them over 10 minutes to show up. They proceeded to say some woman called them and canceled my room on my behalf. After a conversation, she said there’s a room available she just needs to change the linens it’ll only be 5 minutes. It ended up being FORTY……
