“Very poor the WiFi every 30mintues need reconnect ”

“Very close to Sesame place. Has a small pool area. Breakfast was ok there was someone there who was very attentive and would make sure people had things that they needed. They have working elevators. Need to pay for parking and they take an incidental charge they didn’t explain what this was for. They said that they would pay this back after check out. I’m yet to receive this. They didn’t give a receipt for this charge also the receptionist didn’t tell us what floor we were on we had to figure……

“I must thank the customer service staff here; they helped guests check in smoothly! Although the room was a bit old, the front desk staff's enthusiasm was enough to keep guests coming back. The only downside was some hair on the pillow, but that was a minor issue, and the staff provided new pillowcases.”
