I had the best time at Ocean eden Bay! As I arrived solo, my flight was delayed a whole day. I was tired, frustrated and ready to relax. It was also my birthday so having a good time was what I expected. I had prompt assistance as soon as I entered the door. They had someone personally welcoming me! I was quickly directed to where I needed to go, so I wasn’t feeling lost or uneasy. Then provided me with a golf cart ride tour and took my luggage to my room. This is what they do for all of their guest not just the famous ones. Many of the staff took care of me specifically the manager, Monique and bartender next to Marlin restaurant, Sammy. The hotel accommodations were lovely, paid attention to detail and stocked daily without being asked. Even surprised a banner “happy birthday” across my door which cheered me up. Most importantly, I felt safe and well looked after. I fully recommend if you are solo or in a group staying at this hotel. You will not be disappointed!

The property was very nice! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Especially Daniel, he made sure to check in and make sure we were having a great time! Kevon was great at the pool. He made the pool bar fun and engaging!! We will definitely be back!

Property is well kept, quiet and safe. Staff is superb! We had an issue with the air conditioning and staff came to fix it but it still didn't work. We made due. Staff in charge of giving tours of property/sell vacation packages were a bit much while trying to relax. It was almost as if we had to hide when walking by the lobby. Its understandable though.
