“Check in staff was horrible. Super rude and did not get what I booked”

“Room was clean with a nice view of downtown Fargo. Came in on a holiday and everything in the hotel (bar, restaurant, coffee shop) were closed. To add to the insult, the hotel sent me a message inviting me to enjoy these during my stay. I got to use the food credit the next morning and the staff were helpful in maximizing its value which I very much appreciated.”

“Had an issue after check-in ended up kind of being a big deal and the staff was a little bit rude, but they rectified it, and I am very satisfied with everything. The problem likely was related to an Expedia error.”

“Hotel was clean and comfortable. We had a slight issue with Bill's but the management corrected the issue.”

“Room 120 needs refurbished smells old and is very dark. New carpet, couch and paint would go a long way. Spa was closed (small inconvenience). . Card reader on door to room 120 needs replaced or repaired. The rest of the facilities were very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We come to Fargo often to visit family and will stay with you again if you refresh your rooms. Four days in a dark smelly room is not acceptable. Thank you for your……

“Huge rooms and good breakfast”

“Staff was great, very friendly and helpful. We traveled with our dog, and he felt very welcome. I think he misses them! Everything worked, no complaints, room was fine. Everything was clean.”
