The perfect location for a Sedona trip. We had two children 13 and 9. Booked a rim view amd it exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service took care of kitchenette. This place is incredible. It's beautiful and has everything you need to a relaxing, easy trip. Food, drinks, and activities are quite pricey, though.

My family stayed there for three nights and it was great. It was very quiet and the room was clean and everything worked without issue. There was 1 king bed and 2 pull out couches so there was plenty of room for the five of us. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in was a nightmare. 1) The villa was not ready on time. There was a 45 minute delay. Other families had to wait as well. 2) After finally getting a key, we had to wait for the "concierge" to get a parking pass.
