“Didn’t stay! Booked wrong dates in error! No refund allowed. Even after rebooking the correct dates. I’m a frequent guest here! No consideration given. Very disappointed!! I even paid a higher price staying there instead of their other half Sedona Pines which was a lot cheaper to show I wasn’t playing games. Surprised they weren’t willing to make a exception for a loyal guest.”
