“This property is in a great location, safe neighborhood and near to downtown Erie and our relatives on both Marlowe and Colliers Parkway.Fairly well stocked kitchen for its size. Very homey. Very clean. Good shower, but walk-in instead of tub would be better, more convenient.Mattress update would be good, especially queen size. My husband and I could not sleep on it without bumping into each other, and it squeaks when the occupant moves. Gas heater on the wall didn't seem to work and it was...
