“Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled a confirmed……

“Run down, old. When I booked it said fair field suites.... after circling the area several times I went into the baymont/holiday inn so ask where the fsirfield suites was located.
The woman working got irritated and said it is the location I am at. Confusing since the name of the suites isnt located anywhere on or in the building.
Hesitantly checked in. Drove around to park. Tried to enter the side door where I parked. Broke.
Went around to the back ...that door!qa also broken.
