“Our reservation was cancelled an hour before we were supposed to leave and head to the property, just 3 hours before check in. It was snowing but it wasn’t anything crazy, this is Colorado after all. When we received the notification of cancellation, it said it was due to “environmental impact”. “I can't even say house, this was a HOME, it is so much more than the pictures give justice for, I ended up being down the majority of the 5 days our group of 11 was there, it was peaceful and freeing, and had an overall calming atmosphere without lacking in the essentials for a visit, the kitchen was almost fully stocked minus fridge items, and plenty for 7 kids to stay occupied!! 10 out of 10 will return ”

“The house was great clean and everything worked. The main issue I had arise on my stay was noise from people in the basement suite. This was not detailed in the listing that the home would be shared with the basement suite as it is also rented out to people. The people that rented it were up late at night and had many people over making for restless night. Even the TV being on downstairs was loud from the bedroom I was sleeping in. Just be aware of when booking that you could be paired with some……

“The check in process…. First, I consider myself to be good with technology and following directions. From the time we parked in temporary parking to the time we made it to the room with our bags was 45 minutes. Also, $100 in fees for the night was pretty high considering we also had to pay to park.”
