“Place was clean and new, didn’t see one person working there my name was on the door and checked myself in.Online ad says lodge but sign out front says motel and that is exactly what it was. You can totally hear people in adjacent rooms. Not a totally bad place to stay if you just need a place to crash but for the price i think there are better options”

“We enjoyed our stay at the Kenoza Lake View Manor. It is a lovely old house and yet very quiet (didn't hear squeaky floors). It was a little bit of a challenge climbing the staircase up to the third floor, but when we got there our room was cozy. The bed was quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was nothing to write home about, but it gave us the fuel we needed before we headed off for more adventures. “We had a great stay at the ranch. Rose, the owner, was so nice. She brought me coffee in the morning and let my kids feed the animals with her. She has a very pretty property and we were able to take a canoe out on the pond. It was a great stay. I’ve seen other reviews with complaints, but it’s important to remember, this is a rustic camping experience. If you are looking for luxury, this might not be for you. “The property was large, had a beautiful view, and had large rooms. The issue was the cleanliness. The rugs in the hallway, dining room, and the room were all stained. The lounge chair in the room was also stained, so much so that I didn't want to sit on it. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges. The sink was clogged. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room. They offered complimentary bottles of water upon arrival, but that was it—no more water to be seen. It also felt like a ghost……

“The host Mary was warm, welcoming and inviting. The beds were super comfy and the room was beautiful. Very close to Bethel Woods if you’re going to see a concert. Mary is an excellent Baker and would definitely recommend staying here if in the area.”
