"I’ve stayed at the Rosedale on Robson twice now, and both visits have been great. The staff are consistently friendly, welcoming, and attentive, which really adds to the overall experience.
The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained—perfect for a relaxing stay in the city. The location is also incredibly convenient, with restaurants, shops, and entertainment all within easy walking distance.
One small suggestion: it would be wonderful to have an option to tip the housekeeping staff electronically. On my way to the airport I realized I hadn’t grabbed any cash, and I felt bad not being able to leave something for the team. An option through the front desk, added to the room charge, or even a simple QR code would make it much easier for guests to show their appreciation.
Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Vancouver, and I’ll definitely choose it again on my next trip."
"The staff were very attentive. The concierge helped with restaurant bookings and directions on how best to navigate the city. The dogs that “ live” at the concierge desk made the hotel even more special
The hotel was decorated for Christmas and looked beautiful.
The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The only criticism I have is that the toilet did not flush properly and the bathtub looked old.
All in all I would definitely return. "
