Flour Mill Tours

The staff are incredibly rude not helpful. I had car troubles and messaged them that I would not be there till late. They told me that they don’t get the messages that came from the hotel and that I will not be able to check in because it was too late. Mind you I had to pay for a ride off the side of the road with my 2 children a riding at 3:14 am. They said I was 14 minutes late and the night audit already went through. Then I was told we could walk to find a new hotel (3am with 2 children in Spokane )that would take us because our reservation that we a had already paid for and messaged a head of time Was no longer available for check in. I then had to pay for another ride to another hotel and another hotel. I then had to pay for a ride back to my car the next morning an hour away. If I would have known I would not been able yo check in I would have gotten a hotel closer to my car. That would have saved me so much money and time. So don’t trust anything about this hotel.

I was treated like an old friend back for a visit. The staff are fantastic and the rooms are always spotless. This the best spot in Spokane!
