“I am extremely disappointed with our stay and nobody from management reached out during this time or after. During our stay the elevator (one elevator because the other is not operational) kept going down and I was with my physically handicapped child and no one reached out to see if we were ok. My daughter kept having to climb 4 flights of stairs in pain. My daughter has Cerebral Palsy and wears full leg braces to assist her walking and has pins and plates in both her knees which makes stairs……
