"We had a fantastic stay at the Three Horseshoes in Barnard Castle. Our room was extremely well-equipped and spotlessly clean. It was a lovely touch to find a kettle with plenty of tea/coffee making facilities and biscuits waiting for us. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was another highlight—there was an excellent variety on the menu, ranging from a full cooked breakfast to cereals, fresh fruit, and juices. It’s in a great location for exploring the area, with convenient car parking available just behind Morrisons. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"
