"Although other reviews mentioned this being an “older hotel”, the interior of the hotel did not reflect that at all! The rooms, lobby, and hallways were very nicely renovated! And the entire hotel was immaculate! We will definitely stay here again when in the Dallas area! "

"The property was clean and staff was nice. But Thursday my child had a heart surgery. When she got released Thursday evening she wanted to sit out by the pool to get some fresh air. When we went out there it was full of ppl grilling playing loud music and kids kicking a ball, and a few kids swimming. The pool closes at 10pm which the sign says, but close to 10 security guard came and said we could all be out there till 1030 also fine, 1030 came and only my family was asked to leave. The others stayed which i also realized one of them was also a employee of the front desk "

"Great location in the area. Easy access to hop on freeway to get to other destinations. Staff was friendly. Few restaurants and gas station nearby which made it convenient to fill up car. Breakfast was good, especially since traveled with young kid. Would return again!"

"To keep it “short” and “sweet.” The property its self was located in a sufficient “ducked off” area while being fairly quiet indoors even while being placed by a busy highway. Front desk staff were decent and great at being polite. However the cleanliness and cleaning service of the hotel was ABSOLUTELY trash and unacceptable. Upon my check in into the room, I instantly noticed long hair strands on the floor by the bed and INSIDE the bathroom as well as hair on the soap bottles in the shower. I unfortunately broke a bottle of wine in my room, I told someone in the lobby, they let housekeeping know, in which the floor remained sticky and the wine itself was still visible underneath the room’s mini-fridge… they didn’t even attempt to sweep up the other debris around the room in which resulted to me wearing slides or socks around the room constantly. The shower had a weird smell after my daily showers and the AC unit blew a mildew like smell if I blew heat (anything over 70 degrees.) Very uncomfortable and more than likely will never stay again. "
