“Front desk Service very good ”

“We were so disappointed. The hotel shuttle never picked us up. There were 20 others waiting too. Finally we hired a taxi . When we finally Arrived at 5:00, the room wasn’t ready so we had to wait. Room was ok…nothing exceptional… We had breakfast the next morning. It was eggs and sausage and was tasteless. Waffles we made ourselves were good. The best part of our experience was meeting José F. Lopez who was working at the front desk . He was wonderful. Very kind and willing to help us.……

“The property over the years have detorated and the staff generally has no clue. We waited over one hour for our shuttle to pick us up. Waited in the Hot Sun.. Never Book this hotel.... We have stayed at this hotel since 2009 and never had a problem. The manager has a million excuses...over charging guest to the port. Even a 2 year old ad pay $15.00. We took a taxi, which only cost $17.00 for 4 passengers....”

“We arrived way early and they held our bags and got a room ready for us very quickly. No extra charge for early arrival. The room may have been the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. The whole staff was really nice but special shout out to Rose at the front desk who was the sweetest and most special person. The property is really close to the cruise port and airport.”
