“The service was very good and the staffs were very nice. It was so good that we could use the rooftop pool and jacuzzi of Splendid Hotel just near by. However, seems there was no air-conditioner although I am not sure if it was due to we didn't know how to operate it or not. The big problem was located in bathroom. We have big expectations to take a bath in such a big and beautiful bathroom. However, seems the bathtub stopper was damaged so all the water was flow away. We could only take……

“The room wasn't ready when we checked in, and we have to switch between rooms for many times. As the room we booked was ready we finally switched back. The rooftop swimming pool was small and didn't open during evening. An average level but great location.”
