"Check-in was easy, even at the very late hour that we arrived. We requested a late check-out & had no issues. Breakfast was available and ready every morning-as always Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls were my husband’s favorite breakfast dessert. The front desk staff were very very accommodating to us, as we were bringing our daughter for SBU move-in weekend. With traveling all the way from Florida, I had SO MANY items delivered to the hotel prior to our arrival, that the staff and the delivery people had a running joke that “ I MUST REALLY LIKED TO SHOP” 😆 Will definitely stay here again in the future. Special thanks to Maria at the front desk for always being so kind when I called to let her know items were being delivered."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful little cabin! Quiet, serene, peaceful outside. Cozy and comfortable inside. We wanted a place we could really unwind and relax, and we found it. We could live here!! Did a lot of reading on the porch swing (highly recommend Remarkably Bright Creatures) and hubby did a bit of fishing. Just sitting and relaxing on the porch looking out at the pond in those big comfy chairs was perfect. On our last day we had a morning visit by a doe and fawn while enjoying our last cups of coffee on the porch. We were a bit sad to leave… it exceeded our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer!"
