“The bathrooms could use some upgrades and attention to detail. The bathroom fan had not been cleaned in a while and mold was starting in the bathroom. Please upgrade your pillows …. They are too small for a king size bed”

“The facilities are outdated, and the soundproofing is very poor.”

“Clean and good rooftop bar”

“Office staff was friendly enough but the room had an unpleasant vomit smell, the water temperature was lukewarm at best, and the beds were very uncomfortable.”

“The staff in the lodge was super friendly! We stayed in cabin 60. It was absolutely adorable. That was only six months old as of November 2026.Screamed in porch looking over the woods. very clean provided soap and shampoo. Very peaceful would highly recommend it!!!! Everything was super cute. Had two bedrooms and a loft, they had multiple games for us to play.”

“My family came down to visit our son and stayed 3 nights. It was the best experience. I honestly don’t know what all the complaints about noise are about, all 4 lodges were occupied and we had zero noise issues. The room was clean, the property was clean, and it was easy to find. I would definitely stay again!”

“We absolutely loved it!”

“The French Secret checked all our boxes for a memorable wedding anniversary trip. We're delighted to have discovered the "Secret" and plan to share it with all our friends and family.”

“Was a wonderful clean, beautiful little cabin !! Tanya really thought of everything that you would need and the decor was lovely !!!”

“Cabin was exactly as desxribed. Very cute and cozy. Host was awesome.”

“This cabin had everything we needed and was just like the pictures! My 5 year old didn’t want to leave. His favorite part of our trip was the games at the cabin and the warm fireplace! He wanted it to be our new home😂 (We have games and a fireplace at our home too but whatever haha) We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend! Host is very easy to get in contact with and checked in on us to see if we needed anything.💕”

“Very cozy and clean. Great amenities, including outdoor space. Good price and good communication from the host. Would be happy to stay here again!”

“This is a fantastic cabin with a great location and easy access to blue ridge and Mcaysville. We had an amazing time and the cabin was fully stocked and ready to go. The additional kayaks and fishing poles were a nice touch!”

“There were a few small issues. The dishwasher filter was really dirty. A few of the lights did not work. We notified the host, so perhaps those will be fixed for the next guest. The pool table had some damage (but we're not pros so we still enjoyed it). The location was amazing. Close to lots of things to do but still felt private. The thing that impacted our stay negatively the most was that the hot tub wasn't fully working. First, all the control labels are gone so you can't tell what button……

“Overall clean and very pleasant scenic view and stay.”
