“It seems like the front desk was penalizing me for booking through website and put me in the room next to the elevator when the place didn't look full at all. It was very noisy and the ice machine was broken and making big noise too.”

“Upon arriving, we were told that Hotel.com had booked us a smoking room. I showed them the e-mail confirmation on my computer only to get remarks such as, "That won't change anything" "It doesn't matter what your e-mail says"... We asked if they could make the change and the lady first said no, and it's not because they were full, just because they got the information that we wanted a smoking room, while never providing any proof that was the what happened. After some negotiation, we were able……

“There was no remote for the TV and we asked several times for help getting one. There is no onsite help. There was absolutely no parking available even though it was stated " plenty of free parking on 39th street" this is just absolutely not true. The local people laughed when asked about street parking being available. The check out process was unclear as I couldn't get the key box to open back to depsosit the key back. The studio was really pretty dirty and only 2 bath towels for 2……
