"This is a great Hotel!! Pleasantly surprised that this is the nicest Holiday Inn I have been to. Lose a star for two reasons. I prepaid parking, but was charged by the parking company $160. Don’t understand how they had my AMEX #. I paid the hotel with a different card. Also, house keeping barged in at 9:30 without knocking. Then when we were getting ready to leave, they clearly saw me go into the room with a cart. Then knocked on the door. Still before checkout time."
