"Room was only cleaned twice over five days so no tip deserved. Hotel rooms should be cleaned everyday we aren’t in a third world country. Phone didn’t work in 309. Staff took three to five days to refund deposit. AC was. Ot explained but on fourth day I figured it out. Angry customers carrying on in hotel office over damages they didn’t do. "

"This property was perfect and exactly what we were looking for. It smelt and felt and looked clean. There were a few cosmetic things around that could be fixed but I’ll take a paint chip here or there for clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only area that could be improved and that was simply because of have liked a few more options but the breakfast they did have was amazing. The area was quiet but in the middle of everything. Will definitely be recommending and hopefully coming back!!! "
