“Hotel was great. Spacious room, extremely clean. Location is good, a pleasant 15-20 minute walk along a lovely riverside park, to the old town. Lots of parking, and the staff on reception were friendly and gave an excellent service”

“I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.”

“位置很好，有清晰的指示牌，很好找。去景點很方便，週邊屬於住宅區，很清靜。 沒有電梯，我們住5樓，提行李上樓有點難度。46房（3人房）的淋浴間去水有問題，因為是晚上，就沒有通知服務員，去了朋友的房間洗澡。早餐很簡單，味道不錯。唯獨熟雞蛋是冰的，懷疑是直接從冰箱取出來的。”
