“Excellent place! Coming to Houston for the first time for a concert and it was exceptional! The staff have been more than lovely! Greeted us everyday and every time we left and or came back. It truly felt like home. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again in the future!”
“This property accepted same day bookings but then declined to allow access for 72hrs or two business days. They originally said access would be allowed after 2 hours and took our damage deposit. After we paid the damage deposit they declined to let us in until after our check out day so they could confirm funds that were sent arrived in their bank account even though it was credit card through Expedia. Since we couldn’t use the property we requested a refund and they declined. We never stepped……
“Glitches in communication sent me to an incorrect apt complex, was redirected to a different part of the city, turned out much better than the incorrect one, very nice, cleanliness not on par with concierge living, overall, very comfortable. Need instructions in the apartment for better communication. Had to wing it on a couple of things...”
“The place is beautifully decorated and the host was kind and responded very fast. I love how we were close to everything and we had an option to park in the garage which helped instead of trying to find street parking. I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Would recommend ”
“Nice condo, great location. Close to everything. Had small issue with app, but all worked out. Plenty of parking spaces. Everything we needed, even coffee pods. Will keep this place in mind next we go to Houston.”
