“The computer system was down so we had a 45 minute wait to check in. We were comped breakfast for that. Our tv never worked- called the front desk, was put on hold. My husband went to the desk about the tv and they never resolved it. No towels in the pool / had to ask twice. They turned our cards off in the middle of the stay and we had to have them turned back on after waiting in line to do so. Not a good visit. Probably will not stay here again. ”

“The room was absolutely disgusting, nothing like the pictures. Was supposed to have a suite with a king size bed and a pull out couch. The bed was as hard as a board, and the pull out couch/bed look like they just fished it out of a dumpster. You couldn’t even sleep on it because of how dirty it was. When I went to complain all that was said was “well no one normally sleeps in it and was just giving extra blankets to cover it up. Half of the lights and plugs in the room didn’t work. Highly……

“Clean hotel in a convenient area. Excellent staff.”

“Refrigerator leaked on the floor. Under the fridge was a cockroach sticky trap with dead cockroaches. At 4:00 in the morning there were dogs barking in the next room. Toilet wouldn’t fill back up to flush for many minutes. STAY AWAY ”

“i made a mistake and reserved a smoking room. When I checked in, no non-smoking rooms were available. I could not cancel without losing all my money. The room was Horrible, but that smell was my mistake. The conditions of the room were what you would expect for this price. Much in need of new carpet, painting, and updating. If you don't make a mistake reserving a smoking room, and just need a bed and bath for the night, it will do; as long as you don't set your expectations too high.”
