Very professional and friendly staff. The property is been remodeled with beautiful finishes. bus station is right in front of the hotel and you can leave your car and get a 15 min ride to the park. Very clean and convenient to go to Zion without dealing with the parking situation there.

Amazing resort with a hidden gem of a spa! Beautiful and the best place to stay to get easy entrance to Zion. We don’t have kids but there’s lots of space for them to play, run around, as well as a pool. If it’s available - book it!

Fantastic experience!

We loved Springdale and how easy it was to get to Zion National Park. The hotel was spacious clean and updated. The front desk was very helpful. The free breakfast at the restaurant on property was amazing and a huge benefit of choosing this hotel over the others in this area

Quiet and clean. Ample parking. Close to the park without the crowds. I enjoy a nice restaurant but it was nice to be able to make a few meals ourselves and not eat out all the time. We especially enjoyed visiting and comparing hiking notes with some of the other guests over a cup of coffee in the morning. We sat on the back patio in the evenings and were visited by a mule deer who came to munch on the pomegranates growing in the back yard.

Amazing property. So clean and comfortable. On site restaurant was so nice. Sat outside and had a wonderful dinner. Was able to leave our car at the hotel while we went to Zion National Park. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

A beautiful spot! I would definitely go back. I had a room on the river side (hearing) and walking out my back patio down the water or just sitting there was so peaceful. The walk to Zion south entrance was so close! The room was very clean. The restaurant service was not all that great. I only ate there one time during my stay. So it could possibly have been better another time.

This was a good spot to stay for our trip to Zion National Park. The lobby was undergoing renovations when we were there, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time begin so close to the park.

Enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was quiet, clean and spacious and with a beautiful view overlooking the mountains. It is within walking distance to many cafes and restaurants, a supermarket and a rental gear shop for our walk in The Narrows.

This hotel right outside of Zion National Park is fabulous. Rooms are spacious with small kitchen setups and nice views of the Virgin River and the natural wonders surrounding Zion. Great location near the park entrance and central to the heart of the town with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The best feature of this hotel is the pool area. The pool and hot tub are surrounded by a spacious deck with ample lounge chairs and table seating if you want to get take out from one of the...

Great hotel Was conveniently located

We had a wonderful stay. Perfect after a long day hiking in Zion.

It felt like a camping experience, but very clean. They lit fires every night around the grounds for people to sit around and offered smores. Pool was nice and clean. There were picnic areas, etc. very nice overall

The front desk was very friendly, very clean room, comfortable beds, walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and the Zion NP shuttle station. The hotel can lend hiking sticks to guests, it was so helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Extremely clean, even smelled great throughout. Also, the staff were all very helpful and welcoming. My kids loved all the breakfast options and outdoor pool.

When making reservations the pictures we saw online were beautiful .The staff was 👏! Breakfast was good. Due to construction, we were given a room on the backside so we had no view of canyon, (which would have been great, we love to have coffee late in afternoon, & sit on porch & enjoy outside surroundings). The named had changed & was alittle hard to find. We were able to walk so the location was great. We ate @ Wild Thyme Cafe @ Trees Ranch, absolutely gorgeous place! Service fantastic! We...

I booked this room in a hurry and didn’t know that there was no attached private bathroom in the room. I would like to have at least sink, couple of mug cups and coffee maker in the room. Beautiful rural area, but it was farther than I was expected.

The Riv was a beautiful, quiet spot with great views. I could tell everything in the space was well thought through and intentional. We split our time at Zion between the Riv and another hotel closer to Springdale and I found myself missing the private setting of the Riv. Their customer service is wonderful and Melissa was very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend the Riv!
