"Clean and remodeled hotel. Very friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast was decent. LOVED the fresh coffee beans that are grinded and brewed per cup. Nice hot tub at this hotel. Hotel does back up against a railroad, but noise was minimal."

"This is a Holiday Inn in the middle of Tacoma, that being said, the staff was incredible - we were in town for a volleyball tournament and my girls forgot some things in the chaos of running out of the room that morning. Housekeeping alerted the front office and they called me to let me know the items were safe and that we could come pick them up at the front desk when we were done. She even asked my girls how they did in the tournament when we picked up our forgotten items - which is above and beyond. Thank you! "

"The guy working the front desk was amazing. He made me feel welcomed when I walked through those doors. I love how clean and spacious the room was. I’ve paid way more and received a lot less from many places. This will be my place to stay every time I’m in the Tacoma area. "
