“Los Angeles Convention Centerでの学会発表で7日間ほど滞在させて頂きました。部屋は非常に綺麗で清潔、とても快適に過ごすことができました。部屋のことについて何かわからないことがあれば、すぐにオーナーがチャットで答えてくれます。建物の入口には警備員が24時間おりますので、建物内は非常に安全です。屋上には素敵なプールがありますので、夏の日中は泳いだり、夜は夕涼みしたり楽しめると思います。駐車場も無料ですので、ロサンゼルス国際空港からレンタカーを借りて、滞在中はほとんど車で移動しておりました。フルキッチン付き（冷蔵庫や電子レンジも完備）ですので、お料理をすることも可能です。お皿やフォーク、スプーン、ナイフ、フライパンや包丁、まな板などもあります。食材は徒歩10分にWhole Foods Marketがありますので、そちらで購入できます。薬や日用品、お酒などは徒歩30秒ほどにあるCVS……

“Mike the host is superb. Communication was on point and transparent and flexible. I had a family emergency come up last minute and Mike did all he could to accommodate my stay. The unit is great as advertised, no complaints. The neighborhood isn't for the weak at heart, but look pass the slum and see the beauty of downtown L.A. I'm definitely keeping this unit on my favorite list for the next in-state getaway. 10 star rating. ”

“My Husband and 15yo daughter drove up from San Diego to LA to see a concert at the Belasco Theater which was literally a 5min walk from this condo. This is a gentrified neighborhood, so sketchy but safe yeah? ”

“We rented this apartment for my 21-year old son who was doing an internship over the summer in the financial district. He enjoyed his 2 month stay taking advantage of the awesome facilities in the building. It was just a short walk to the building where he was working which was super convenient. Sean was a great and attentive host that was very responsive. We would highly recommend staying here!”

“I stayed at Joanne Perla one-bedroom for a federal court trial. Joanne was a pleasure to deal with, and quickly addressed any concerns. The building itself is lovely and feature-laden. Neighborhood remains a bit dodgy, but the Perla is across the street from the Grand Central Market and close to other downtown landmarks and restaurants. I strongly recommend. ”

“The apartment is comfortable and is very conveniently located to lots of downtown amenities. I stayed during the pandemic so many things were closed and some of the building perks (e.g. roof top gathering spots) were also not fully available, but easy to see the potential (and not a reflection of the property itself.
