"The night clerk was extremely helpful to us. We were put in a room that smelled really bad because it was pet friendly. He was able to find us another room that was very clean and perfect for us. We really appreciated his help."

"The room, lobby, and breakfast area were all very clean and quiet. The location is very convenient to access the downtown area, if you have a vehicle. The staff members were very friendly and helpful. Would stay here again for sure!"

"My wife found the hotel charming. It felt like an old style hotel. No elevator (I was aware of this beforehand.) Our room had a private bathroom (down the hall, which I also knew was possible.) the maids didn't clean our room or bathroom until we complained. The rest of the staff was quite helpful. Buses run downtown on Congress St. (although we usually took an Uber.) Breakfast was buffet Euro. This review is the average on mine and my wife's."
