On the day of checkout, the hotel charged my credit card WITHOUT my prior knowledge or consent, under the false pretext that I had damaged their television. Let me be very clear: I did not cause any damage to the TV, and the hotel has failed to provide any evidence to support their accusation. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve this matter respectfully through communication with the management, they refused to reverse the charge and insisted on holding me responsible without proof. This is not just poor customer service—it is a serious case of unauthorized transaction and defamation. Key issues that make this situation unacceptable: 1. Unauthorized deduction: They processed a payment without my approval, which is a breach of trust and possibly illegal. 2. Baseless accusation: I was falsely blamed for damaging property, with zero evidence provided. 3. No accountability: The management showed no willingness to investigate fairly or admit fault. DO NOT RISK STAYING HERE unless you are ready to pay for unknown expenses. "
